Regenerative District Development
Flynn Strategic is advancing a new model for Tier-3 city development—integrating sports infrastructure, energy systems, and mixed-use growth into a single, coordinated economic engine.
A proof-of-concept is currently underway in the Rogue Valley (Medford, Oregon), where stadium development, district energy, and regional growth are being structured as interlocking systems to improve feasibility, expand the capital stack, and unlock new forms of capital.
This work is grounded in The Regenerative City Prototype – a systems framework positioning infrastructure and sustainability as financial drivers within the capital stack.
